ORDERS
- CJ King and Company Printers will only accept
electronic artwork file(Multipage PDF)
created in either Windows or Mac OS
applications.
- Cancellations will incur a fee based on the following formula:
Business cards, Stickers etc. - $11.00
A4, DL Comp, A3, Envelopes,
Presentation folders, Dye Subs,
Slimlines, A2, KingFoil, Plastic cards,
Greeting cards, magnets - $55.00
All books - $75.00 (inc GST)
Administration fee (minimum) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable.
- When placing an order online, it is final and
cannot be deleted once the order has been received, without a
cancellation fee and associated costs
- We do not accept resupplied artwork - if
incorrect artwork has been supplied, the order must be cancelled
& re-ordered in full, a full cancellation fee and associated
costs will be applied.
- MULTIPLE ORDER BC: We accept multiple order business cards from all customers. However, be aware of the price correction that we apply. Eg. an order of 2000 cards x 6 will be charged on the following basis & not the price you see online for 12,000 cards x 1 (Mention in the 'Customer notes' section when placing your order, that you require 2000 x 6 kinds). Delivery customers = Price of 2000 cards x 6 (Plus freight x 6), Pick up customers = Price of 2000 cards x 6. Prepaid customers will be required to pay the difference (additional freight) prior to the commencement of production, you'll be contacted by us.
PRE-PRESS
- CJ King and Company Printers do not colour
match business cards, colours may vary from day to day,
press to press, board to board and back to front, varnishes and
laminates may also affect colour output. CJ King and
Company Printers will not reprint for colour or shade
discrepancies. Our bulk running system does NOT allow for
this. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM IF YOU REQUIRE
COLOUR MATCHING.
- The gas transfer
process used in Dye Sublimation (mouse matts, stubby holders etc)
WILL cause certain colours to change. If you are sending through a
Dye Sublimation job, please consult the print specifications for
Dye Sublimation at ...

- Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for
file related errors that may reduce the quality of your
job, CJ King and Co Printers accept no responsibility for
files that are not print ready, and all jobs supplied will be
printed as supplied.
- CJ King and Company Printers will not manipulate or alter any
artwork supplied in any way,
PRINTING/FINISHING
- CJ King and Co
Printers no longer foil, emboss or die cut on
bulk printed business cards. If you require any of
these services, please request a quote prior to submitting your
job.
- Please note there can be a
trimming variance of plus or minus one millimetre due to
automated cutting systems (no guillotine), allow for this when
setting up artwork. Allow between 2 – 3mm bleed all round
and keep important information 2 – 3mm in from trim
lines.

DISPATCH
- CJ King & Co Printers will not be
held liable for any jobs that are delayed either from
within our production facility or by any third party provider, CJ
King and Company Printers will not be held liable for any
loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of
a delay in production or delivery.
- If the goods are delivered in a damaged
condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility
to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately
upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted
unless this has been done.
- Where applicable, all deliveries under 10 kg are
sent via airfreight, over 10kg is sent by road unless otherwise
stated on order (which may affect the price)
- Dye Sublimation jobs may take up to 5 full
working days for delivery, please factor this is when placing your
order.
- Where applicable, WA Clients that need delivery
must state this in the notes section.
ACCOUNTS
- A credit application and/or payment in full are requested for
new clients prior to production.
- All goods are sold ‘ex-factory’
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
REPORTING ERRORS
Any queries regarding printing or finishing
errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of
goods . All reprint requests must be made via the AUTOPSY
report (see front page) and return all goods in question.
If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error,
all steps will be taken to rectify it. If the problem is a result of
incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting
and any associated costs. Before sending your High Res PDF
